Job Centers in South Jersey
Each county has a One-Stop Career Center run with the NJ Department of Labor. Employment counselors there help with job searches, training and education, and the centers have resource rooms you can use. You can walk in for career help or make an appointment for career counseling. For in-person help with an unemployment claim, the state says you need an appointment. All seven centers below list hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
