Every South Jersey town that has announced its 2026 trick-or-treat hours so far, from Haddon Heights and Vineland to Avalon.

Halloween is Saturday, October 31, and towns are starting to post their trick-or-treat hours. Here's every South Jersey town that has announced its 2026 hours so far. Each one links to its source on our Halloween page.

Down the Shore:

  • Ocean City: 5 to 8 PM.
  • Sea Isle City: 5 to 8 PM. It's a route of participating homes and businesses, and you can grab a map at the Community Center or the Welcome Center.
  • Avalon and Stone Harbor: 5 to 8 PM, island-wide. It's a route of registered homes, with maps at the 82nd Street recreation building in Stone Harbor.
  • Ventnor: 6 to 8 PM.

Everywhere else:

Notice nobody agrees? Ventnor gives you two hours. Haddon Heights and Mantua give you five. So if the kids are trick-or-treating in Grandma's neighborhood, go by her town's hours, not yours.

Vineland is the one to watch if the forecast turns ugly. That Sunday rain date is the backup there.

One more for the calendar: Ocean City's Halloween parade is always the Thursday before Halloween, rain or shine. This year that's Thursday, October 29.

Your town isn't here yet? Plenty of towns haven't announced. We add each one as it posts, with a link to the announcement: southjersey.today/halloween
